2kg CO2 Fire Extinguisher
Our 2kg CO2 Fire Extinguisher is used on class B (Flammable Liquid) fires. CO2 is safe to use on electrical fires. Because it is a gas, it has little to no cleanup and will not cause damage to the equipment. CO2 fire extinguishers come in a variety of sizes and made with lightweight aluminium cylinders.
Certified and approved to the AS/NZS 1841.6 standard.

Why Use A 2kg CO2 Fire Extinguisher?
CO2 fire extinguishers are usually used on fires in live electrical devices because they use a clean agent gas to snuff out flames without triggering a mess, or polluting sensitive electronics. The gas is non-conductive and is the recommended option for an electrical fire and works by displacing the oxygen that a fire has to sustain itself.
